PPS profiles

PPS is characterised by very high chemical resistance, high temperature resistance and very good flame retardancy. PPS profiles are therefore ideal for use in environments with high chemical exposure. The good thermal stability and the good fire properties also allow the use of PPS Profiles in industries such as aerospace or logistics. 

PPS profiles from Ensinger are manufactured individually according to customer requirements and are variable in profile geometry. In addition to non reinforced and short fibre reinforced PPS profiles, Ensinger also produces continuous fibre reinforced profiles, as we use various thermoplastic pultrusion processes in addition to extrusion and co-extrusion processes.
