TECAFIL PC - PC 3D printing filament from Ensinger

TECAFIL PC filament from Ensinger is a polycarbonate filament specially developed for additive manufacturing applications requiring a flame retardant material. Tested according to FAR 25.853, UL94 V-0 and EN 45545 (R22 & R23: HL3), it is approved for use in the aerospace and railway industry. By using flame retardant additives we can offer a cost effective alternative to materials that are inherently flame retardant but more expensive.

Our PC filament range

Polycarbonate 3D printing filament is characterised by high mechanical strength and optimised layer adhesion.
It is flame retardant and therefore perfectly suited for applications like housings, brackets or connectors in aircraft or railway interiors.

PC filaments portfolio

TECAFIL PC FR filaments have been developed for printing without a heated build room and are available with a diameter of 2.85 mm. The TECAFIL PC FR natural has been tested according to FAR 25.853 (a) and UL94 V-0, as well as EN 45545 (R22 & R23: HL3). Only printed applications and test specimens have been tested in accordance with market standards and regulations.
