PEEK profiles

Industrial profiles made of PEEK are characterised above all by their particularly high temperature resistance, very good mechanical properties and excellent chemical resistance. As one of the few plastics manufacturers that processes PEEK into profiles by extrusion, coextrusion and thermoplastic pultrusion, we offer customised PEEK profile solutions of very high quality.

Ensinger PEEK profiles are characterised by good dimensional stability, high temperature resistance and very high resistance to gamma and X-ray radiation. PEEK profiles are therefore particularly suitable for applications in which the profile has to withstand high temperatures over a long period of time without losing the material's very good mechanical properties. In addition, industrial profiles made of PEEK are more ductile than comparable profiles made of PEI, but are just as flame-retardant, making them suitable for aerospace applications, for example.
