PPSU profiles

There are numerous advantageous PPSU properties with regard to the material's mechanical strength, chemical resistance and processing technology. It is particularly characterised by its high resistance to hot steam sterilisation. Profiles made of PPSU material can also be uniquely suited for use in medical technology applications due to the ever-present possibility of repeated steam sterilization cycles.

At Ensinger, PPSU profiles are manufactured to customer specifications, taking into account individual requirements for profile geometry and profile properties. For applications in the medical sector, certification in accordance with the biocompatibility requirements of DIN ISO 13485 is also possible.
