ABS profiles

ABS is an amorphous plastic which can be used in a wide range of applications due to its material properties. ABS plastic generally has good chemical resistance, excellent surface quality and is characterised by high strength and hardness. In addition to these material advantages, ABS plastic profiles also have a low density, which is why they are often used in the automotive sector. Due to its very low thermal conductivity, ABS is also often used for insulation profiles. 

On request, Ensinger will manufacture customised ABS profiles specially tailored to the application in question. Specific requirements for geometries and sizes can be examined and taken into account.
