Thermoplastic fibre composites with SAN matrix have, in addition to good mechanical properties, an outstanding appearance. The crystal-clear SAN in combination with carbon, glass or natural fibres results in a visually outstanding component, and is used primarily in visible areas, for example in automotive interiors.
In addition to semipregs and prepregs, Ensinger also produces organosheets in-house, which can be directly thermoformed or overmolded.
