Plastics with ionic purity

In certain industries, such as semiconductors, hydrogen technology and electromobility, stringent requirements apply to the purity of materials, and ionic purity is a key factor. In certain environments, materials lead to system contamination due to ion leaching, resulting in malfunctions.

Many high performance plastics from Ensinger have a low content of leachable and extractable substances and therefore meet the strict requirements. The following tables provide details on the ionic purity of our high performance plastics that are assigned to the "high purity" category.
