Tool Making

The company uses its own two tool shops and external partners to manufacture prototype tools, volume production tools and precision fixtures using state-of-the-art machine facilities.

Automation

Handling systems are used for the removal of components from the injection moulding tool and for linking up to follow-on processes.

In the follow-on processes, to some extent directly on the machine, machining cells or milling units come into action in order to finish the products within the fully automated production process. Six-axis robotic systems, MULTILIFT and three-axis robots as well as camera surveillance complete the automation portfolio.
