Detectable masterbatch based on LD-PE

In addition to detectable ID compounds, Ensinger offers a very highly filled LD-PE-based masterbatch. The filler content of metal-based additives is 75 %.  
The plastic batch TECACOMP PE ID black can be used to adjust other plastics (usually polyolefins) to a desired detection level. It is particularly suitable for the production of large-volume applications such as plastic pallets or boxes that come into contact with food. 

The batch is highly mixable and is introduced with a feeding and mixing unit. The required detectability can be tested directly at the end customer's plant using an Ensinger Detection Kit.
