TECACOMP PA66 GF30 natural is a glass fibre reinforced PA66 compound developed for technical applications in PA66 injection molding. Compared to unreinforced PA66 plastics, the 30% glass fibre reinforcement significantly increases stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability under both thermal and mechanical stress.
The PA66 GF30 granules offer balanced processing properties, making them ideal for the precise manufacture of complex geometries. Their excellent dimensional stability ensures reliable performance in functionally relevant structural components that demand accuracy and fatigue strength—for example, as metal-replacing parts in mechanical engineering, fastening systems, or housing structures.
This polyamide 66 resin also provides electrically insulating properties, making it suitable for voltage-isolating functions. Use at friction points is recommended only with lubrication, as the material is not designed for unlubricated tribological systems.
