PA66 Compound 30% glass fiber reinforced – high rigidity & dimensional stability

TECACOMP PA66 GF30 natural is a glass fiber reinforced PA66 compound developed for technical applications in PA66 injection molding. Compared to unreinforced PA66 plastics, the 30% glass fiber reinforcement significantly increases stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability under both thermal and mechanical stress.
The PA66 GF30 granules offer balanced processing properties, making them ideal for the precise manufacture of complex geometries. Their excellent dimensional stability ensures reliable performance in functionally relevant structural components that demand accuracy and fatigue strength - for example, as metal-replacing parts in mechanical engineering, fastening systems, or housing structures.
This polyamide 66 resin also provides electrically insulating properties, making it suitable for voltage-isolating functions. Use at friction points is recommended only with lubrication, as the material is not designed for unlubricated tribological systems.
The reinforced PA66 pellets can be processed efficiently in standard technical molding processes and deliver consistent performance across industries. With high thermal resistance and long-term mechanical stability, glass filled nylon 66 compounds such as TECACOMP PA66 GF30 natural provide a robust and versatile solution for structural components in demanding series production.
