TECACOMP PA66 CF30 black 1014809

Polyamide 66 Compound 30 % carbon fibre reinforced - superior strength and stiffness

REQUEST FURTHER PROCESSING OPTIONS

The targeted reinforcement of a semi-crystalline PA66 compound with carbon fibres delivers a substantial increase in mechanical performance while simultaneously reducing component density. TECACOMP PA66 CF30 black was specifically developed for applications subjected to high structural loads where thermal stability, dimensional accuracy, and electrical conductivity are essential. Based on polyamide 66 resin, the reinforced PA66 granules combine the inherent properties of the base polymer – high strength, stiffness, and chemical resistance – with the functional advantages of fibre reinforcement.
Compared to natural PA66 plastics, lower-reinforced grades, or even glass fibre reinforced nylon 66 types, this material offers exceptional performance under both static and dynamic loading conditions. The optimised PA66 pellets provide enhanced dimensional stability and improved fatigue strength under tensile, flexural, and compressive stress.
Electrically conductive by design, TECACOMP PA66 CF30 black is ideally suited for applications requiring controlled dissipation of electrical charges. With continuous service temperatures up to 110 °C and short-term peak resistance up to 170 °C, it ensures reliable and durable performance in demanding environments.
Thanks to its thermomechanical stability and excellent flow properties for PA66 injection moulding, this grade is part of the high-performance PA66 Compounds portfolio. It is widely used in components that must meet stringent design, functional, and electromagnetic requirements. Typical applications include structural parts in automotive and mechanical engineering, as well as industrial housings, fastening solutions, and load-bearing elements.
