Over 50 years of experience in the extrusion of a broad range of engineering and high performance plastics, have led to high precision filaments and enable us to produce special filaments like carbon-filled PEEK.

  • Our filaments meet highest quality standards regarding tolerance and roundness deviation.
  • The diameter of the filaments are strictly produced with tight tolerance specifications, checked and recorded in order to minimize error susceptibility and inaccuracy during 3D printing.
  • Controlled raw materials allow us to produce very homogeneous finished products.
  • Controlled residual moisture is assured by pre-dried granules and airtight final packaging.

Alongside the filaments in stock, we can also create customized compounds made, for example, from PEEK, PEI, PVDF or PPSU.

Our filament materials are available in stock in the sizes ø 1.75 ± 0.05mm.

PEEK - Polyetheretherketone

Filaments made from PEEK offer a high long-term service temperature of 260 °C, exceptional chemical resistance and outstanding wear and abrasion resistance.

PPSU - Polyphenylsulfone

PPSU filaments offer outstanding hydrolysis resistance (suitable for repeated steam sterilisation) and very good resistance to ionizing radiation (gamma and X-rays).

PSU filaments offer a high operating temperature up to 160 °C, very good resistance to hydrolysis (suitable for repetitive steam sterilisation) and high toughness, even at low temperatures.
