PE profiles

Polyethylene profiles can be customized at Ensinger for specific applications. Special requirements in terms of size and geometry are individually assessed and taken into account. PE profiles have a lower density than profiles made of other materials and are also extremely resistant to chemicals.  PE profiles are also characterized by good toughness, low strength & hardness and very good sliding properties. 

The material PE is offered in different molecular structures. PE profiles with a higher molecular weight generally have better mechanical properties. At Ensinger, we always manufacture PE profiles in the HD (High Density) PE plastics range.
