Under the brand name TECACOMP, Ensinger offers a wide range of
polyamide compounds such as PA6 and PA66, which are processed into high-performance components using injection moulding. These materials are available as pa pellets and polyamide granules, making them versatile for industrial use.
The highly filled PA nylon plastic pellets with glass or carbon fibre reinforcement impress with their high rigidity, strength, and low weight, as well as their excellent resistance to heat, wear, and chemicals such as oils, greases, and fuels. For applications with particularly high requirements, mechanically optimised PA66 grades such as PA66 GF30 are available, which is particularly dimensionally stable with a 30% glass fibre content. In this category, nylon glass filled granules play a key role in ensuring stability and performance.
For components subject to sliding loads, tribologically modified nylon pellets for injection moulding with PTFE or mineral additives ensure reduced friction coefficients and extended service life, for example in bearings or guide elements.
For the food industry, Ensinger also offers detectable PA6 and PA66 pa pellets that are metal and X-ray detectable, thus ensuring a high level of safety in production.
