Plastic fabrication

Here at Ensinger we offer a wide range of plastic fabrication services, tailored to customer’s needs. Our growing division can fabricate semi-finished plastic products to specific drawings, dimensions and quantities. We can fabricate a large range of products, anything from machine guards to signage and display stands.

We are able to produce to order an enormous range of bespoke and custom designed plastic fabrications and mouldings using a wide range of thermoplastic materials, such as acrylic, polycarbonate, PETG, PVC and high impact polystyrene.

Fabrication services

At Ensinger, we operate a wide range of CNC machines that are ideal for cutting plastic sheet products including acrylic, polycarbonate, foam PVC, aluminium composite and PETG.
We operate numerous high quality laser cutting machines that are capable of cutting acrylic sheets and other plastics to tight tolerances.
A range of heat benders allow us to bend plastic sheets to any angle, shape or profile, specific to customer requirements. 
Our printing capabilities allow us to print onto a wide range of plastic materials, by using a number of techniques from flatbed printing to wide digital format printing.
We use a range of bonding methods such as UV gluing, edge bonding, flat surface bonding, and syringe gluing. Furthermore, we use many adhesives including Dichloromethane, Tensol and Extrufix to meet customer needs.
With a full in-house assembly service, we have the facilities to assemble your parts into a complete unit, whether it is gluing, screwing, tapping or bagging, we can provide the service.
Additional services & finishes include cut discs, line bending, diamond polishing, flame polishing, digital cutting and edge banding.
