On 4th January 2021, Ensinger formally changed the trading name of Trig Engineering Limited to Ensinger Machined Parts Limited. Ensinger also announces that on the 1st of April 2021, Ensinger Machined Parts Limited (formerly known as Trig Engineering) will acquire via merger the trade and assets of Ensinger Precision Engineering Limited, forming a single Ensinger UK machining company trading as Ensinger Machined Parts Limited.
This rebranding strategy reflects both the positive evolution of the companies as well as Ensinger’s vision for servicing its customers into the long term future. In addition, the rebranding strategy aligns Ensinger’s UK machining business with the Ensinger international brand. The companies’ ownership and highly skilled staff remain unchanged along with many other aspects of the business.
