TECAPEEK CM XP104 black

compression molded 7% molybdenum disulfide, 3% PTFE and 25% carbon fiber reinforced PEEK

TECAPEEK CM XP104 black is a compression-molded bearing grade PEEK material that has been modified with 7% molybdenum disulfide, 3% PTFE and 25% carbon fibers. The plastic is produced in plates, rods and tubes and is available in many dimensions on request. Compared to extrusion, the compression molding process has the advantage of no minimum run quantity.
