DELRIN® 500AF natural blend

POM H with ptfe

Delrin® 500AF brown is very similar to Delrin® 100AF (both resins made by Delrin USA LLC) in that this material performs exceedingly well in bearing or low friction applications that also require good strength and dimensional stability characteristics. Containing PTFE fibers, this modified acetal homopolymer material has a slightly more crystaline structure than Delrin® 100AF, so therefore exhibits slightly higher strength and modulus, as well as improved machining characteristics. It is designed for applications requiring low wear and, or low friction against steel, itself or other plastics. It is perfect for plastic bushing or bearing applications requiring a low coefficient of friction.  Delrin® is a registered trademark of Delrin® USA LLC.
