TECACOMP PEEK GF30 natural 1077756

PEEK Compound 30% glass fibre reinforced – maximum dimensional stability

The material TECACOMP PEEK GF30 natural is a PEEK compound reinforced with 30% glass fibres, designed for use in highly stressed components that must meet the highest requirements for temperature resistance, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability. Compared to unreinforced natural PEEK resin, the glass fibre reinforced PEEK granules have significantly higher tensile and flexural strength and three times higher stiffness. These properties ensure long-term functionality even at high operating temperatures and under long-term mechanical stress.
The material offers low thermal expansion, low moisture absorption, and is resistant to hot steam and hydrolysis. In addition, TECACOMP PEEK GF30 natural has excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of media and is electrically insulating, which enables its use in functionalised technical components. As high-performance PEEK pellets, it provides additional stability for technical parts and ensures dimensional accuracy even under changing environmental influences. The main areas of application are in metal replacement for structural components in the automotive industry, in mechanical and plant engineering, and in industrial applications where weight reduction and increased mechanical performance are required. By using advanced PEEK granules, long-term durability and safety of parts can be achieved in demanding applications.
The material can be used in lubricated tribological systems. As high-performance PEEK pellets for PEEK plastic injection moulding, TECACOMP PEEK GF30 natural meets the requirements of modern manufacturing technologies and offers a reliable solution for high-performance components in environments subject to extreme thermal and mechanical stress.
