Medical grade PEEK composite

The specially designed materials of Ensinger's TECATEC composite family offer extreme mechanical strength and thermal dimensional stability due to the reinforcement with woven carbon fibre fabric. The Victrex® PEEK is reinforced with 50% carbon fibre fabric, and shows strength characteristics similar to those of steel. The material has also been tested for biocompatibility according to ISO 10993, which makes it suitable for medical applications.
