Ensinger Group Ltd is a UK market leader in the manufacture of semi-finished products and finished parts, complete assemblies and precision profiles from high performance plastics. Our name in quality allows Ensinger to work with a number of industries, including Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas and Formula 1. 

As part of our continued growth plan, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our small but busy Marketing department. The successful applicant will have strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, to creatively assist with the promotion of the company, both internally and externally. Internally this will involve a strong emphasis on supporting the department heads within the Group, and externally through a broad range of marketing activities with an emphasis on digital marketing channels to drive engagement, leads, and sales. This role requires a versatile marketer with a digital marketing specialisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Digital Marketing: Development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each division, encompassing social media marketing, PPC campaigns, email marketing, and content creation to maximise brand visibility and drive conversions.
Event Management: Plan, organise, and execute marketing events and exhibitions, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
Internal Marketing: Supporting department heads to communicate the company's vision, values, and objectives to employees across divisions.
Offline Marketing: Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies, including print advertisements
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital marketing activities; newsletters, brochures, flyers, product pages, website, PR, adverts, and other marketing collateral, leveraging both written and visual mediums.
Brand Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to corporate branding guidelines, maintaining consistency and professionalism across all channels.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to various marketing initiatives while ensuring cost efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales of each division to provide marketing support and align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Global Coordination: Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the Germany parent company (Ensinger GmbH) marketing department.
Website Management: Manage the companies' websites using platforms like WordPress and Sitecore, ensuring they are updated with relevant content.
Sales Support: Provide the sales team with necessary documentation, literature, and promotional items for customer visits, while conducting research to identify new potential customers and markets.
Promotional Items: Oversee the procurement and distribution of promotional items, and corporate gifts, maintaining brand consistency and professionalism.

Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum  of 2 years’ digital marketing experience.

Previous experience using digital marketing analytic tools e.g. Google Analytics, Google Webmaster and Google Tag Manager.
Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising - LinkedIn and Facebook Ads, PPC, email marketing, and content creation. 
Experience of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Creative design experience for content creation.
Strong attention to detail for content creation and proof-reading. 
Flawless copywriting skills (Press releases, website and digital marketing content, adverts, brochures and flyers). 

Highly Desirable Requirements:
Experience in WordPress and SiteCore.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (MailerLite, Lemlist, CoSchedule)
Experience in PR.  
Knowledge/experience in marketing research. 
HTML experience.
